I live in Rhode Island with my wife, kid and dog. I run an organizational engagement consultancy, Butterfly Benefits, am a licensed health insurance broker, and I serve on a range of non-profit and community committees.

I have been fortunate to have a diverse career, including a range of professional roles, community action and volunteer service.

Through this broad exposure, I have gained deep, cross-functional experience that enables me to succeed wearing many hats, whether as a team player and as an individual contributor.
