• Hired the current Town Manager, as part of a unanimous vote of the Council, in 2021

• Initiated Barrington Pride Month, the creation of the DEI Committee, and multiple progressive policies, including housing and discrimination protections, a higher municipal minimum wage, and a redrafting of the town's code of ordinances to use gender inclusive language.
